Bez, a senior point guard and key player for the Yale Bulldogs, has been a force on both ends of the court. Mbeng was named Ivy League Defensive player of the year for both 2023 and 2024.

The point guard is averaging 11.9 PPG, 4.1 APG and 2.0 SPG, all career bests.

Bez was lucky enough to be good enough as a freshman to play and impact us”, Coach Jones said.

Bez led the team to March Madness in 2024 where they beat fourth seeded Auburn in a victorious upset.
